You can complete you KYC on web/app, Enter few Profile details (Alternate Mobile Number,Address etc).
  • Login into charge4u.in web/App
  • Find KYC Upload option.
  • Enter your Alternate Mobile Number & select ID Proof 1 and upload ID proof front and back Images and enter Address.
  • Select ID proof from the list and upload its image.
  • Please check the Terms and Conditions before submit the KYC.
  • Your Documents will be processed with in 24 Hours.
After Successful Transaction Utility Payments will process 1-2 working Days
Steps to do Bank Transfer
  • Transfer the amount (Minimum Rs:1000) to any one of Our Bank Account (ICICI,SBI,ANDB,HDFC).
  • Before submitting bank transaction details he/she have to add one of our bank account as Beneficiary in their respective accounts.
  • After that, they have transfer amount to one of our Beneficiary account. After successful of transfer then he/she will get transaction ID or UPI ID.
  • Get transaction Id from Step 3 and then Enter the Transaction Details Below and Submit the request.
  • For reference you will get one ID
Note: NEFT Transaction will be delayed. Please use UPI or IMPS/RTGS transfer for immediate Wallet TOPUP.
After Confirmation Bus Ticket User have an Option to Cancel the Bus Ticket cancellation charges Apply On the Bus Operators. Go to My Orders Page and Select the Ticket & click on Cancel Button.
No,User Won't Get any refund For Wrong Mobile Number Recharge.If User select Wrong Operator He/She may or may not get Refund Based on the Recharge.
